This policy explains how AI Aurora Tech chooses, researches, prepares, reviews and maintains editorial content.
Editorial purpose
AI Aurora Tech publishes practical decision support for builders, consultants, freelancers and small teams using AI tools, workflows and automation. Our aim is to reduce uncertainty: what a tool is for, who it suits, what it requires, where it can fail and what a sensible next step looks like.
We do not publish pages merely to increase page count. A page should solve a distinct user problem and earn its place in the wider Choose, Implement and Improve journey.
Accuracy and sourcing
- Material product claims are checked against current official sources wherever possible.
- Time-sensitive information such as pricing, plan limits, availability, integrations and data controls receives a check date.
- Editorial judgement is distinguished from documented fact.
- Direct quotations are used sparingly and attributed.
- Unsupported statistics, testimonials, performance gains and personal-experience claims are not permitted.
The detailed evidence and evaluation process is set out in the Review Methodology.
Authorship and responsibility
The initial public byline is AI Aurora Editorial Team. This is an owner-led editorial identity. It does not imply a large newsroom, specialist panel or group of employees.
The site owner is responsible for topic selection, source interpretation, recommendations, limitations, final wording, publication decisions and corrections. Where specialist review is genuinely obtained, the scope of that review should be stated rather than assumed.
Use of artificial intelligence
AI may assist with research organisation, outlining, draft preparation, language refinement, tables and consistency checks. It is not treated as an authoritative source and does not hold final editorial responsibility.
Human review remains required for material claims, recommendations, limitations, sensitive subjects, publication and correction decisions. The complete boundaries are described in the AI Use Policy.
Independence and commercial relationships
Editorial conclusions should be based on user fit and available evidence. Payment, free access, sponsorship or affiliate commission must not purchase a favourable conclusion, remove a material limitation or control the final wording.
Any relevant commercial relationship will be disclosed clearly. AI Aurora Tech does not currently participate in affiliate programmes; the current position and future disclosure standard are recorded in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Reviews, comparisons and recommendations
- A tool must be evaluated for a stated audience and use case, not declared universally “best”.
- Strengths and limitations should both be visible.
- Alternatives should be genuine options, not filler added to create more links.
- Hands-on experience is only claimed when it actually occurred.
- A documentation-reviewed page may still provide useful decision support when its evidence and limits are explicit.
Updates, corrections and significant changes
Pages may be refreshed when products, evidence or site policy changes. Minor spelling, formatting and clarity edits may be made without a formal correction note. Material factual errors are handled under the Corrections Policy, with an explanatory note or updated review information where appropriate.
Reader feedback
Readers may report an error, missing limitation, outdated source or potential conflict through the contact page. Evidence is welcome. A disagreement with an editorial conclusion will be reviewed, but it does not automatically require the conclusion to change.
