AI Aurora Tech aims to correct material errors promptly and transparently once they have been identified and verified.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to factual errors, misleading wording, broken or incorrect source attribution, outdated material claims and significant omissions that change the meaning or usefulness of a published page.
A difference of opinion is not automatically a factual error. Editorial judgements may remain unchanged when the available evidence still supports the reasoning and the page presents the conclusion fairly.
How to report an issue
Email zenithstarmediagroup@gmail.com or use the contact page. Please include:
- The URL of the page.
- The exact wording or section concerned.
- Why you believe it is incorrect, incomplete or outdated.
- A supporting source, preferably official or primary evidence.
- Any relevant date, plan, region or product version.
How reports are assessed
- Identify the claim. We locate the wording, source record and page context.
- Check the evidence. We compare the report with current official documentation or another suitable source.
- Assess materiality. We decide whether the issue changes a fact, recommendation, limitation or reader decision.
- Correct the page. We update the text, source, metadata or review information as required.
- Record a material correction. Where appropriate, the page receives an explanatory note or updated review date.
Types of change
| Change | Typical treatment |
|---|---|
| Minor edit | Spelling, punctuation, formatting or a wording improvement that does not alter meaning may be corrected without a formal note. |
| Clarification | Ambiguous wording may be revised to reflect the original evidence more clearly. A note may be added when the ambiguity was consequential. |
| Material factual correction | A wrong feature, price, date, policy, attribution or other decision-relevant fact is corrected and may receive a correction note or refreshed review record. |
| Substantive update | A product or policy has changed since publication. The page is refreshed and the review date is updated; this is not necessarily an original error. |
| Withdrawal or unpublication | Content may be removed from public view when it cannot be corrected responsibly, creates unacceptable risk or no longer has a legitimate purpose. |
Transparency and preservation
Material corrections should not be disguised as routine copy-editing. The form of the note will depend on the page and the seriousness of the error. The objective is to leave the current page accurate while giving readers appropriate context about a significant change.
Minor edits do not create a public change log. Internal release and rollback records may be retained to support controlled publishing and restoration.
Corrections involving AI assistance
An error is the publication’s responsibility regardless of whether AI assisted the research organisation or drafting process. AI involvement is not a reason to lower the correction standard. See the AI Use Policy.
