Privacy at a glance
AI Aurora Tech collects only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the publication, respond to direct enquiries and remember cookie choices. The site does not currently provide public accounts, comments, a newsletter signup, affiliate tracking or an advertising programme. Visitor analytics are not described as active while Google Site Kit setup remains incomplete.

Information we may collect
Information you send directly
When you email us, we receive the email address used, your name if supplied, the content of the message, attachments and normal correspondence metadata. We use that information to understand and answer the enquiry, investigate a correction or accessibility issue, keep a necessary record of the exchange and protect the publication from misuse.
Technical and security information
The website, hosting environment and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, error records and security events. This information is used for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security and service reliability.
Cookie and consent information
The site uses the Moove GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin to present cookie choices. Essential storage may be used to remember a visitor’s preference and operate the website. Non-essential scripts should not be enabled before the relevant choice has been recorded. Where a consent-log feature is enabled, the site may retain a consent date, IP address, accepted cookie categories and an email address for a logged-in user. The exact cookies available can be reviewed through the cookie settings control on the site.
Analytics and connected services
Google Site Kit is installed, but analytics setup is incomplete and visitor analytics are not currently described as active. If Google Analytics, advertising, newsletter or other material tracking services are enabled, this notice and the consent configuration must be reviewed and updated at or before activation.
Jetpack is installed on the WordPress network. The information handled by Jetpack depends on which features are enabled. Some features can process technical, security or aggregate usage information. AI Aurora Tech reviews feature-specific privacy information before relying on a Jetpack feature that affects visitors.

| Deliver and secure the website | IP address, device and security records | Legitimate interests in secure and reliable publishing |

Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the site, including the web host, WordPress and enabled plugin services, email provider, security services and—only when configured—analytics services. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the site or users, investigate misuse, comply with a legal requirement or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International processing
Some service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where a visitor lives. Where applicable, we rely on the provider’s contractual, organisational or legal transfer safeguards and review whether the service is appropriate for the information involved.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute handling, legal requirements and ordinary backup cycles. Enquiry correspondence is reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer useful or required. Technical logs and consent records follow the retention settings of the host or service concerned. We do not intentionally retain personal information indefinitely without a reason.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. A request should identify the relevant email address, interaction or information so it can be located. We may need to verify identity before acting.
People in the United Kingdom may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Other jurisdictions may provide a local data-protection authority or consumer regulator.
Children
AI Aurora Tech is written for adult builders, professionals and organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the website and information handled through it. No internet transmission, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive or confidential information should not be sent unless necessary and an appropriate channel has been agreed.

This notice will be updated when the site’s services, data practices or legal obligations materially change. The review date at the top identifies the current published version.
